# Requirements Refinement Skill

## Goal

모호한 요청을 실행 가능한 요구사항과 수용 기준으로 변환한다.

## Workflow

1. 문제/목표/제약을 분리해 질문 목록을 만든다.
2. 기능/비기능 요구사항을 구조화한다.
3. 각 요구사항에 수용 기준(AC)을 붙인다.
4. 범위 밖 항목(Out of Scope)을 명시한다.
