## Intent
- interface-contract, data-model, runtime-flows의 daemon-aware 반영은 REQ-011 CHG-20260513-01에서 이미 다룬다.
- 이 REQ는 REQ-011이 다루지 않는 `README.md` 운영 runbook 영역에 한정해, daemon provisioning 절차와 enforcement enablement gate를 반영한다.

## Requirement
- `README.md` Production Operator Runbook 섹션은 daemon provisioning 절차(daemon create → service-token issue/rotate binding 순서)를 반영해야 한다.
- `README.md`는 daemon-scoped enforcement enablement gate의 required evidence(inventory 완료, dry-run audit zero-active-NULL/zero-mismatch, smoke 검증 통과, release approver 승인)를 명시해야 한다.
- `README.md`는 `runtime_id`와 `daemon_id`의 역할 차이(runtime identity vs stable logical identity)를 운영 provenance 절차에서 구분해 설명해야 한다.
