v1 전략 API 전환과 운영자 CLI 무결성 계약
Criterion
전략 HTTP API는 /v1/strategies와 /v1/admin/strategies만 제공하고 비버전 /strategy-sets alias를 제공하지 않아야 하며, 신뢰된 운영자 CLI도 상태·revision·참조 삭제 무결성을 우회해서는 안 된다.
Verification
- 성공 조건: OpenAPI/router inventory에 새 v1 경로가 있고 CLI 관리 결과가 HTTP와 같은 row identity·status·revision·delete guard를 따른다.
- 실패·경계 조건:
/strategy-sets요청은 기존 CRUD로 동작하지 않고, CLI가 참조 중 삭제나 잘못된 상태 전이를 강행하지 않는다. - 검사 방법: route inventory, legacy path negative test, CLI create/list/update/delete 회귀와 문서 경로 sweep을 수행한다.
- 현재 구현 평가: legacy router 제거, v1 router 등록 및 CLI tests가 존재하며 scoped 재실행에서 PASS했다.
