docs(discovery): dcy-020 asset-centric slot model — OQ-1~7 결정 + A-1 확정

자산 중심 슬롯 모델 재설계(issue #1/#20) Discovery. 익명 슬롯 풀 →
portfolio-hub universe 자산과 1:1 영구 슬롯 + 동시 활성(M개) 제어로 substrate 전환.

결정 사항:
- A-1(대전제): 자산 중심 포지션 관리 + 동시 보유 수 제어 (익명 풀 아님)
- OQ-1: FCFS + 가득 차면 거부, 코어 자율 치환 없음
- OQ-2: universe reconcile — 생성 즉시 / 비활성 soft-retire / 보유·pending tombstone / degrade·대량소멸 보류
- OQ-3: 영구 슬롯(키=portfolio_id), trading_date 강등, dcy-014 일일 preallocation 폐기·재해석
- OQ-4: 포지션 사이징(issue #1) 분리(토대만) + 토대 가드 2개
- OQ-5: 불일치 해소 — ground truth=브로커, 표면화·운영자 게이트, 자율청산 금지
- OQ-6: 동시 활성 최대치 M = per-instance TOML(max_active_slots)
- OQ-7: 공유 DB + instance_key 스코프(UNIQUE(instance_key, portfolio_id)) + advisory lock 인스턴스 스코프화, daemon_id 는 universe 파티션/감사용·1:1 가드
- FR-3/FR-4: holding=코어 로컬 정본 / 수량=hub 정본+미러, 청산 수량=브로커 조회

review-discovery 정리 반영(§3 시나리오·§4·§11 현행화). 상태 draft, Handoff 보류
(confirm-discovery 에서 R-1/R-2 책임자·CONFIRMED_BY 지정 + 플래그 전환 예정).
