+# Unmanaged position durable lifecycle, authority fencing, and operator audit
+
+## Criterion
+
+`trex-core`는 broker 계정에 존재하지만 대상 instance의 managed slot/ledger가 소유하지 않는 종목을 `(instance_key, symbol)` 단위의 durable unmanaged-position lifecycle로 추적해야 한다. Lifecycle state는 instance 간에 섞이지 않아야 하며, 최소 `detected`, `quantity_changed`, `resolved`, `reopened` 전이와 `first_seen_at`, `last_seen_at`, `quantity_changed_at`, `resolved_at` 보존을 제공해야 한다. 같은 수량의 반복 authoritative 관측은 `last_seen_at`만 갱신하고 lifecycle audit/alarm을 다시 만들지 않아야 한다.
