+`Slot.venue`는 현재 pending 주문의 거래소 구분값이다. admission이 허용값을
+검증하고 pending 전이에 저장한다. HOLDING에는 마지막 주문값이 남지만 sell intent가

+기본 KRX는 기존 전략의 wire·stub·운영 동작을 보존한다. NXT 취소만 venue keyword를
