→ 실 KIS 매도 제출 → "장운영일자가 주문일과 상이합니다"(휴장) 거부 → 안전 롤백
end-to-end 확인. forced_close/장마감/update_thresholds 는 paper daemon e2e 통과.

발견(Change Request Input 기록): 영속 거부 상황에서 safety-sell 이 poll
interval 마다 거부 주문을 무한 재제출 → 재시도 백오프/쿨다운 후속 후보.
