+`trex-core sync [--dry-run|--live]` 실행 시 `--json` 또는 일반 출력에서 다음 진단 필드로 no-write/fail-closed를 확인한다.

+- `seeded_avg_price`: true면 seed된 avg_price가 반영 대상인지 표시
+- `cost_basis_source`: `canonical` / `legacy` / `none`
+- `cost_basis_reason`: `missing`, `invalid`, `http_status_<3-digit>`, `transport`, `invalid_json`, `invalid_payload`, `not_configured`, `diagnostic_exception`, `diagnostic_source_invalid` 또는 유효한 값이 seed되었을 때의 `null`. `http_status_<3-digit>`만 동적 형식이며 provider field name, parser detail, 임의 오류 텍스트는 출력 계약 값이 아니다.
