Resolve dcy-001 OQ-1: adopt trex_core.domain.slot namespace

Record the OQ-1 decision (trex_core.domain.slot over app.domain.slot) in
dcy-001 and propagate the planned package path app/ -> trex_core/ across
the structure baseline and bootstrap seed (dist name trex-core).
