# BAT-012: 비상 정지/kill-switch — 제어 채널 + 범위별 청산 + 당일 제외 masking/resume

## Summary
- dcy-008(비상 정지/강제 청산 kill-switch) 전체를 단일 standard batch 로 delivery 한다. 운영자가 `trex.control.req` 제어 채널로 portfolio/전역 단위 holding 슬롯을 즉시 청산하고 당일 전략 실행에서 제외하며(다음 거래일 자동 복귀 + 수동 resume), 기존 `SlotService.sell()`(REQ-036)·outbox·execution 인프라를 재사용한다. 구성: 제어 채널 + action dispatch(REQ-043), day-scoped 제외 store + 마이그레이션(REQ-044), kill_switch 실행(REQ-045), 당일 제외 masking + 자동복귀 + resume_kill_switch(REQ-046), baseline 3문서 정합(REQ-047).

## Notes
- Source discovery 단일(dcy-008). OQ-1(제어 채널)·OQ-2(별도 테이블)·OQ-4(수동 resume) Answered, OQ-3(pending_buy) REQ Deferred.
- NFR-1(청산 지연)·NFR-2(dcy-007 독립)는 REQ-045 AC-7/8, NFR-3(영속 masking)은 REQ-046 AC-5 로 흡수(별도 NFR REQ 없음).
- 기존 자산 재사용: `SlotService.sell()`(REQ-036/BAT-010), outbox·execution worker, pause masking 패턴(`portfolio.py`). 호출 진입점·제어 채널·day-scoped store 만 신규.
