dcy-039: intent venue end-to-end propagation

Problem

OrderRequest와 KIS adapter는 KRX/NXT venue를 지원하지만 전략 intent의 venue가 슬롯에 저장되지 않아 execution이 항상 기본 KRX로 주문한다. 08:00 NXT 전략은 이 단절 때문에 계정 연결 준비 상태가 아니다.

Decision

buy/sell wire에 선택적 venue를 추가하고 기본값은 KRX로 유지한다. 허용값은 KRX/NXT/SOR다. admission에서 검증한 venue를 pending 슬롯에 저장해 주문·취소에 전달하고, INACTIVE 복귀 시 KRX로 초기화한다.

slot 필드·PostgreSQL migration
execution submit/cancel 전달
기존 KRX 회귀와 NXT 왕복 테스트

실계좌 연결, 실주문, 배포, 기존 runtime 변경은 제외한다.

Evidence

신규 venue 흐름 테스트 4건
전체 회귀 837 passed, 47 skipped
