kesp32_app_base

Reusable ESP-IDF application-base component for SESE consumers. The source keeps its public compatibility API, including esp32_app_base_start() and the SESE_* Kconfig symbols; the repository/component name is kesp32_app_base.

This checkout is consumed locally by sese-controller as a Git submodule. The parent project supplies product policy, board settings, partitions, and build configuration.
