+Reusable ESP-IDF application-base component for SESE consumers. The source keeps
+its public compatibility API, including `esp32_app_base_start()` and the
+`SESE_*` Kconfig symbols; the repository/component name is `kesp32_app_base`.
+
+This checkout is consumed locally by `sese-controller` as a Git submodule. The
+parent project supplies product policy, board settings, partitions, and build
+configuration.
